@TsaiGaggery This enables VRR, but PSR is still disabled with this patch. We can wait on this PR if we want to look to add the PSR patch along with this VRR enablement. |

DRM patch for the e-DP for DATA_BLOCK_2_ADAPTIVE_SYNC 0x2b. VRR for certain panels were disabled below user space level with intel xe reporting 0/0 for VRR compatibility.
Fixes VRR enablement on Dell XPS 14/16 OLED panels.
